At Top Kat Training your mental health is as important to us as your physical health. We aim to provide an environment that is friendly, supportive, understanding & full of laughter. We hope that whether you arrive at classes having had a great day or a shocker of a day that you leave feeling less stressed, happier and more energised. 

All of our classes are small and tailored to help individuals meet their needs and goals. All levels and ages are welcome, there are adaptations to all exercises for the antenatal, postnatal and older adult students.

Taster sessions are available for all classes and for PT & 1:1 sessions, so you can see if we are the right fit for you.

  • BA (hons) Physical Education & Sports Science (Leeds metropolitan university)

  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training (ymcafit)

  • Advanced Pilates Matwork (institute of osteopathic pilates instructors)

  • Antenatal & Postnatal Pilates (institute of osteopathic pilates instructors)

  • Level 3 Special Populations - older adults (ymcafit)
