B.Y.B Buggy Bootcamp is a great place to meet other Mums & the fresh air does wonders for the soul. It's a friendly, understanding, supportive & social environment. We use a functional whole body approach with elements of no/low/high impact cardio, core, pelvic floor restore and toning exercises with bodyweight and resistance bands. This class can be as gentle or tough as you need for your stage in your Postnatal journey.
There are variations of all exercises to ensure sessions are suitable for everyone. You will be shown how to check for abdominal separation (diastasis recti). You must have been signed off by your doctor (around 6-12 weeks depending on type of delivery) before starting any postnatal fitness programme.
Many people also like to do this class in conjunction with B.Y.B Pilates, both are 45 minutes long.
In summer many students stay for picnics and in winter often head for lunch or a coffee after class.
