Baby Friendly Classes
We have 2 types of baby friendly classes: Postnatal Pilates & Buggy Bootcamps. Both classes are friendly, supportive & non judgemental spaces, a great place to meet other mums.
Postnatal Pilates
Our classes are small and can be tailored to suit individual goals & needs. They are suitable once you have had the all clear from your GP to exercise. We focus on Core & Pelvic floor rehab along with Stretching & strengthening exercises for the whole body. The program changes each week and all fitness levels are welcome. We use bodyweight and small pieces of equipment like resistance bands & loop bands. We offer taster classes so you can come and see if we are the right class for you and your little one. It really is a lovely safe environment to be in and often people go for coffee or lunch after class. Classes are outdoors over the spring & summer but for autumn & winter we are indoors. We have baby gyms, toys & music to keep the babies entertained

Buggy Bootcamps
These outdoor classes are friendly, supportive & non judgemental spaces, a great place to meet other mums. Classes can be tailored to individual needs and goals and are suitable once you have had the all clear from your GP to exercise. We focus on core & pelvic floor rehab along with cardio based exercises which are adapted to be no/low/high impact depending on individual recovery needs. We use bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, loop bands, medicine balls and other small pieces of equipment to include resistance training using a full body approach. We use a variety of different exercises and all fitness levels are welcome. These classes really are a self and welcoming space and often students go for coffee or lunch after class. We offer taster classes so you can come and see if it is the right class for you and your little one. The fresh air really makes you feel so much better and the babies seem to love being outside too looking at the trees or playing on our baby gyms.
